Regional monitoring · four source systems
I designed and built the technical product for a regional monitoring programme. The 22-page dashboard brings together more than 100 measures from four source systems with different definitions, structures and release processes.
The work included data access, indicator definitions, review with domain experts and the Power BI implementation. I describe the delivery process inWhy a public health dashboard took 18 months.
EMEA supply chain · data pipelines and reporting
I worked on data management and supply-chain analysis for the EMEA Home Entertainment division. I rebuilt SQL and SAP/BW data processes and developed tools for forecasting, validation and reporting.
A discrete-event model tested how planned traffic closures could affect cyclists and pedestrians beside an Amsterdam construction site. The model supported review of an alternative operating plan.
Simulation and predictive modelling for airport operations, capacity studies and European research programmes. My MSc thesis from this period used a digital twin to examine operations at Mexico's largest airport.

Bliep is a small mesh-radio project for messaging without a mobile network or subscription. I work on the firmware, electronics, hardware and companion app.
